the Winning Hope is a fun, Gen Z-friendly sports blog and vlog that follows my journey working in the sports industry. It serves as a "big sister guide" for young professionals and fans who want an insider’s look at the industry, from grassroots marketing to game-day operations to team development.
Through vlogs, blogs, and interactive content, i will share behind-the-scenes stories, career insights, and engaging takes on sports like football, basketball, hockey, baseball, and lacrosse.

My name is Allie Hope, I'm a graduate student in American University’s Sports Analytics & Management program and currently the National Team Development Coordinator at USA Lacrosse. With a background in grassroots marketing with the Premier Lacrosse League and a passion for data-informed decision-making, I thrive in high-pressure environments that demand both strategic thinking and operational execution.
I’m passionate about using analytics and structured feedback to support athlete development and create inclusive opportunities in sport. My goal is to continue working in sports management and analytics, ideally within national teams or elite player development programs.
When I’m not managing tryouts or building schedules, I love working out, spending time with my cat Romeo, and sharing Gen Z-style sports content through my site The Winning Hope.
